Stitt appoints energy, finance executive to OSU/A&M regents
An energy and finance executive is Gov. Kevin Stitt’s latest option for the governing board of five Oklahoma faculties.
Stitt announced Wednesday he appointed Cary Baetz to the Oklahoma A&M Board of Regents, which oversees Oklahoma State University, Langston University, Connors Condition School, Oklahoma Panhandle State College and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M School.
Baetz, of Oklahoma Metropolis, is the executive vice president and chief economic officer at Berry Corp. The 1986 OSU graduate was formerly the CFO and treasurer for the domestic oilfield solutions company Seventy Seven Vitality Inc.

He will do well Regent Calvin Anthony and provide an eight-yr time period on the board if the point out Senate confirms him.

Baetz’s wife, Treca, sits on the OSU Foundation Board of Governors, the OSU Alumni Association Board of Administrators and the alumni association management council.
